Powell’s utilizes various platforms, including AbeBooks (below), to sell our books. Abe, provides the most comprehensive list of our inventory. Additional titles, are being added on a daily basis. Orders placed on ABE or other platforms go directly to our Chicago warehouse where Powell’s staff pick and pack them for shipment around the world.
For Curb-side Pickup
-orders MUST be placed through the store
-use AbeBooks to search for a title(s)
-then call the store between 9am and 3pm Monday through Saturday or email your request (including your phone number) to hydepark@powellschicago.com; a staff member will get back to you within 48 hours
-pickup days are Wednesday and Saturday from 11am until 3pm
